If you follow my Instagram, you know that I attended the first Bungu Expo in Los Angeles this weekend. I love all things "Japan" and especially their art and stationery supplies. So I can't tell you how excited I was that some of my favorite Japanese vendors were coming to California for the show. It was so crowded that I couldn't even get near some of the booths but every one that I visited was a great experience and the people were so nice! We had to skip the stamp rally because we were running late and exhausted after it all but I later on found out that it was two cats snuggling and I am extra sad I missed it!

Here's my "More is More" page I added to my Traveler's notebook. Many of the booths had stamping stations so you can see them here. I added some of the free stickers that we were gifted and other ephemera from the day. I bought a few seals and washi tapes and you can see some of them on the page too. Yes, it's a bit like what we used to call "sticker sneeze" in the old days but I had such a blast seeing how many different pieces I could fit on the page. I think there's a tiny bit of space for some of the cute tiny rubber stamps you can see in the photo below so I will add them later.

I got just a couple of notebooks because they were a great price and also an interesting journal because you know how I can't resist a good journal! The CD Notebook is dreamy to write in like most Japanese paper and the sketch book has a nice textured finish that I am curious to try.

If you attended I would love to hear what you got and what your favorite thing was and how your experience was. Feel free to drop me a DM and I'd love to chat with you about stationery supplies. I hope you all have a great week!
